This post informs about a person named Greg Voss who uses multiple email addresses on various dating sites. Greg Voss is a 39-year-old man with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son. He engages in deceptive behavior on dating platforms, pretending to be someone else and manipulating women into sending him pictures. He frequents chat rooms, video apps, and text apps to interact with women, often targeting those between the ages of 18-25. Greg Voss portrays himself as sweet, romantic, and victimized by his ex-partner to gain sympathy before engaging in inappropriate conversations. Despite sharing real information on some platforms, he also creates fake accounts. He has been identified to work at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and reside in Adamsville, Alabama. To address this concerning behavior, action is requested to be taken against him.

I was hoping to contact Alice H. regarding the possibility of canceling my 6-month membership and receiving a refund. I have only had the membership for a few days and was disappointed to find that the search tools are not as advanced as I had hoped. In addition, due to a family emergency, I am in a tight financial situation and every penny counts right now.

Hello, I have received 5 messages from OKCupid indicating that one of my photos was reported and removed. I am confused for several reasons: 1. Why did I receive 5 messages for the same reason? 2. One of the messages is dated [redacted]. The message stated I couldn't be contacted by email, which is not true as I receive emails from OKCupid. 3. The removed photo was a non-offensive shot of a rainy beach day. I have 3 pictures with my face in my profile and would like to add 2 more to show my interests without showing myself, which I believe should be allowed. It's disappointing to have nature pictures removed while suggestive images remain. We should have the option to show more than just our faces. Thank you.

Hello, I am unsure why my account got banned this morning. I reviewed the rules but couldn't find any violations in my two photos. I have never sent any inappropriate messages that are prohibited. I wonder if someone mistakenly reported me after I sent them a greeting. If that's the case, it's out of my control. Could you please assist me with this issue? Thank you. - B.

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to report an issue with my recent Ok Cupid account that I created on Monday, February 25th around 10 PM (PST - San Jose, California). It seems I may have mistakenly entered my email address incorrectly during the sign-up process. I believe it should be "[redacted]" or "[redacted]". Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account as I cannot log back in due to the wrong email address provided. I am worried that my profile information may have been sent to the user of the email address I mistakenly entered. My profile name is my middle name, "Louise", and I selected "women" as my dating preference. I uploaded a photo of myself wearing a yellow shirt and sticking my tongue out, which I would like to have removed as soon as possible. A friend of mine created an account to locate my profile and reported it, but I am hoping for assistance in permanently deleting the profile. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Hello! I signed up for OkCupid last night, and I sent out two emails, but I haven't received any responses yet. I was under the impression that the charges would be monthly, not for the full six months in advance. I am trying to cancel my subscription to avoid the unexpected $[redacted] charge when I was expecting $26.99. I attempted to cancel through the website, and even though I confirmed it, it still requires me to cancel through the Play Store for a refund. However, I am encountering difficulties as my login credentials are not working. I used my PayPal account with a Visa card ending in [redacted] for the payment. I frequently receive notifications that someone wants to chat with me, and I struggle to locate their 'intro' message within the Double Take feature. Even after swiping through hundreds of profiles, the message-sender's profile does not show up promptly. This makes it frustrating to engage with messages I receive. I worry that others may be experiencing the same issue, leading to missed connections and interactions. I believe that OKCupid should adjust its system to ensure that profiles sending messages are more readily accessible during a Double Take search. Hello, I am a user named Scott using the email [redacted] I have used OKCupid in the past and found a long-term partner, which was great. However, in the last 12 months, I have noticed that my recent accounts are not leading to suitable matches. Despite deleting and creating new accounts, I continue to receive matches that are much older, overweight, or from different geographic regions. I am willing to become a paying member again if you can help me improve my profile to attract more suitable matches. Hello, I wanted to share that my sister's personal details and images have been utilized to create a fraudulent account. The person involved even contacted her on Facebook, expressing worries when "she" didn't arrive for their planned meeting. They have flagged the account on OkCupid as fraudulent. Hello, I purchased a one-month A-list subscription in January. After using it for two weeks, I canceled the subscription. I encountered a simple issue on the website. I tried to send an introductory message to someone's profile, but mistakenly hit "Enter" too soon, sending only "Hello 'insert name'" without the rest of my message. Due to the current like system, I couldn't correct or resend the incomplete message. While I appreciate the effort to prevent harassment, I believe this flaw in the design could be improved. Okcupid should consider mimicking basic word processing programs where "Enter" creates a new line, and clicking "Send" actually sends the message. This adjustment would address the main drawback of the dating platform.

I am having trouble setting up my account due to a violation message. Please stop suspending or deleting my account based on the number of blocks I receive. The quota of blocks should not determine abuse, sexual content, spam, or persistent messaging. Users should be able to block others for any reason, even if it is as minor as saying "you live too far away, sorry." I trust that you understand this, which makes the situation even more confusing. While I appreciate your app, please focus on blocking spammers, abusive, sexual, and persistent users, as well as those who share nudity. I feel hesitant to reject women out of fear of being blocked, which does not seem fair. Thank you.
