Hello*Please! Please! Can someone sort out my problem or at least tell me how to close my account and get a refund?**I just keep getting the same automated message. I don't think that it is right that people who are paying for their membership, should have their password changed without them being notified first, or asked to email in. I think it is even worse that I am paying for an account I cannot use. My Incognito membership ends on the designated date - no earlier or later - regardless of what payment issues I may have, so I would please like to have access to my account today.**I was supposed to arrange a meeting today, but now, because no one is personally looking at my case, that's gone to pot.**Problem:*I am getting your emails from "*****@***.com"**However, I still cannot set up a new password. If it makes it easier - I am happy for someone in your team to set one up for me, and then send it to me, so that I can log on and change it to my preferred password.
