The issue in GetHuman-rosingli's own words
I subscribed for the * month subscription for *.** a month. After ** mins I decided it wasn’t worth it and cancelled it. I also cancelled and deleted the app. The next day I was charged for the full * months and I no longer have the app. I don’t understand and I want my money back considering I cancelled within ** mins of subscribing. I can see paying for * payment of *.** but not the full **.**. I would like it if someone could please get back to me. I want my money back for an app that I no longer have and found to be a waste
