I received a Determination of Benefit Rights and a Notice of Appeal Filed message. I have tried many times for over a week calling ***-***-**** but it looks like the system is overloaded and I cannot talk to anyone. I need to know exactly what this is and what I need to do. It looks like a previous employer UNBOUND is being charged for my unemployment. After leaving I worked for another company until covid-** and I was let go and filed unemployment. If you can reply that you received this message it may help.
