I recently purchased a new RV, but upon delivery, I discovered numerous issues. The RV I received is not the one I ordered. It is missing several items such as the stainless steel fridge, stove, and microwave oven, as well as the second AC unit and electric tongue jack. Furthermore, the floor and cabinets are the wrong color, some cabinet doors do not close properly, and the water heater door comes off its hinges. The underbelly has rips and cuts, plumbing is not sealed correctly, and there are defects with the axles, steps, molding, clock on the radio, carpet, theater seating, and door frames. I have contacted the dealer multiple times over the past month without any resolution. This [redacted] Rockwood 8335BSS RV with VIN ending in [redacted] is full of defects, making it a lemon. Your help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking guidance on where to lodge a complaint against Coryell County, TX, for unjust prosecutions and unfounded arrests. We have been relentlessly targeted, even facing a warrant for a supposed probation violation. A decade ago, my husband's previous girlfriend out of spite falsely accused him, resulting in ongoing legal troubles. Currently, he is in custody for an alleged violation from four years prior, which should have been resolved. We are determined to have justice served, investigating every individual involved and seeking restitution for the excessive fees paid. We believe it is crucial to challenge this injustice and hold the system accountable for its actions. What steps should we take to initiate legal action and bring attention to these abuses by the County?

We were in A Apt when rats took over, and I had to call code enforcement because the situation became unbearable. Despite paying two months' rent, the rat feces spread throughout the apartment. Management placed glue traps, and we found a dead rat by the hot water heater. We felt too scared to use the kitchen due to the rat infestation. My husband, legally blind in one eye all his life, and I requested to transfer to another unit, which we did. However, now they are asking us to pay for the time spent in the rat-infested apartment as well as the new unit. We are asking for a free month's rent in the new apartment and are not willing to pay for the rat-infested one. The landlord offered us $[redacted], but we had to cover all expenses to move out, including a U-Haul, transfer fees, and electric. What steps can we take to address this issue?

I am seeking advice on the necessary steps to gain custody or temporary custody of my children. Their mother, who resides in Carrollton Texas, is experiencing mental health issues and is currently unresponsive to communication attempts. My children stayed with me over the weekend, but I received a concerning message from their mother indicating that she may be giving up on caring for them. Today, she has had no contact with either myself or the children, which has resulted in them missing school as she was supposed to pick them up. My 13-year-old son has expressed additional worries about his mother's drinking habits while taking medication for her condition, noting that she often seems impaired. I am deeply concerned about the well-being of my children and want to ensure they are in a safe environment. I am unsure of the appropriate course of action and am reaching out for assistance. My name is Daniel Lambert, and I urge a prompt response to address this urgent matter and avoid further disruptions to my children's education. Thank you for your attention to this situation.

A leasing company called Acima, operating in Texas, provides financing for those looking to make purchases but lack immediate funds. They charge no interest, though they do have fees associated with the loan. Customers are required to make an "Initial Payment" of $54.12, which is added to the loan amount and accrues interest and tax. Essentially, this payment goes directly to Acima and inflates the total lease amount. For example, a $[redacted].00 lease offer with an initial payment of $54.12 becomes a total of $[redacted].00. Customers opting for a 12-month payment plan will end up paying $[redacted].00, excluding the initial payment, additional fees, and taxes. At the end of the contract, an extra $[redacted].00 is required to cover the original $54.12 initial payment. Acima should be more transparent about their fees and clearly state the charges during the application process to avoid misleading customers. This lack of clarity may deceive individuals, particularly those who may not fully understand the terms. It is vital for lease agreements to be straightforward and comprehensible to all customers.

I experienced severe abuse as a child by my stepfather, a dishonorably discharged Marine who was previously convicted. The trauma of the abuse, which included mind control tactics and physical violence, has deeply impacted my life. My siblings were also affected, and I have uncovered disturbing facts about my abuser's history of harming others. Seeking justice and closure, I am reaching out for help in exposing his crimes and ensuring he faces consequences for his actions. Despite the challenges I face due to the abuse, I am determined to speak out and protect my children and others from similar harm. I have reached out to legal authorities, including the Dallas DA office, and have valuable evidence to support my claims. It is crucial for me to break the silence and seek assistance in this matter.

I am facing a foreclosure problem after buying a house through owner financing. Three weeks ago, I received a 20-day debt demand letter due to falling behind on payments. To settle the debt, I agreed to work for the owner in Texarkana to repay the $[redacted] owed. However, after traveling to the location, I was informed that two individuals had COVID-19, leading to me staying in a poorly equipped house in Lampasas. Despite the agreement for a daily per diem and accommodation, the living conditions were unacceptable, and the owner did not provide the promised support. Today, a non-judicial sale of the property was initiated with a three-week deadline. I have all the necessary documentation to support my claims.
