The issue in GetHuman-adellari's own words
Hello My name Is Arieann Pettway and I am an employee at store *** and I would like to make a complaint about our store manager Lisa Logan. I started working at office Depot on September **th, Lisa started me off working * days That Friday my phone was shut off making me unable to get in contact with anyone but I was still able to recieve calls and messages.. However I wasn't able to return them back on my end. Lisa messaged me on Tuesday and asked me to send her my current Lowes work Schedule because she was in the process of making the new work schedule.. Being that my phone was still off and I couldn't respond back she assumed that I quit and didn't bother to put me on the new work schedule. I went into work Wednesday, and I asked her "how come I'm not on the new work schedule"? She told me that it was due to me not responding back to her texts and that's when I explained to her about my cell phone situation. The second incident happened on Monday September **th, prior to this day I literally came back from being off for * days. When I was at the front end register my operations manager Renee came and told me that Lisa wanted to talk to me, I went to her office and immediately walking in I felt the aggressive tension that she was giving off. She told me that all three managers complained to her about me several times that I was taking long ** minute breaks and that each time I come in I always ask 'When do I get a break' mind you this whole time I was under the impression that it was okay to ask any questions that I wanted an answer to, never once did any manager tell me that it was unprofessional to ask about breaks. She went on telling me in an aggressive way that the managers think that I'm slow and that I'm not doing a good at my job. She then went on to tell me that I'm now on a ** day work probation due to the fact that my normal facial expression looks like I don't want to be there and that I never smile when I always do, ahe also said that I'm not outgoing to customers at all. I told Lisa that this whole entire time I was under the impression that all three managers told me that I was doing a really good job from what they told me. I asked her if she could call all * managers to the office so that they could tell me what they told her in front of me this time, when she did Renee came and when Lisa told her that what they complained to her about didn't match up to what I told her Renee looked confused as if she didn't know what we were talking about, and she stumbled on her words like she was hesitant. Renee told Lisa in front of me that with the * days she's worked with me I've done everything she's asked me to do and that the only thing I needed to work on was speed. From that moment I felt overwhelmed, and ganged up on mostly by Lisa Chastising me aggressively accusing me of not doing my job properly, I cried because I thought I was pulling my weight and doing what I'm asked to do. Lisa focuses on what we're not doing right in her opinion and never commending us for doing a good deed.. At least not me. At this point I don't feel comfortable going to Lisa Logan about anything because she's made me feel completely uncomfortable with her after today. To whom it may concern I'm asking for something to be done about this.
