FIRST was charged * times for ONE item, had to call * times to find someone that understood English well enough to "fix" it. Received this "NEW" computer and its scratched up with handprints everywhere. While trying to explain this to "Barbie" she kept saying I should wait until its delivered. I finally got through her head that I have the computer because I started the conversation with "I got the computer and its not new, damaged, repackaged, and filthy". This took ** minutes to get her to understand. Then she said she will get me a replacement then said its not available but she can search for another like product. I told her just refund it and I will return it. This has been the MOST HORRIFIC customer experience I have EVER had in my life. I USED to do regular business with your company, take the stress of the word USED. Now it will take * days for the money to be returned, I cant take this paperweight to the local store and let them return it, and it will take days for the * extra charges for this "new computer" (which was a floor model because the price and description tags were inside the computer), to be returned. This, THIS, is customer service?
