I thought I had cancelled my subscription months ago, but I discovered that I have been being charged all along. I am not sure of the date that I asked to cancel, but I think it was some time before Christmas of ****. In any case, the program seems to have been disabled because it does not come up when clicked on. I may decide to start using it again for a time, but I would need to change the credit card that it is being charged to. I no longer use that card and Office *** is the only service that is being billed to the old card. I would need to change the credit card information if you would kindly contact me at *****@***.com with some information on how to accomplish the change plus get the program activated again. I thought that I went into customer help and clicked on cancel the service. But since I went searching, I did go in and changed the method of paying for it to my new credit card because I decided to keep it for now. That was my biggest problem was not wanting it on a card I am not using anymore and wanting to cancel that card.
