We purchased Ad-free Outlook.com on August ***** and with it we got * emails with our business domain. It was on automatic renewal but my credit card was lost so the number on the renewal didn't go through and our account expired. We can go to renewal but it won't let us put in our Canadian address although everything else comes up. When we contacted Microsoft they said we had to purchase Office *** because we had purchased our domain through a third party before. How would we know this because everything saus Microsoft on our information I don't know. Anyway we have purchased the Office *** but still cannot get our emails back. How do we fix this???
