I am experiencing issues with receiving the money from my sales in my designated deposit account. The last deposit was made on 10/29, and since then, no funds have been deposited successfully. I attempted to change my deposit account to resolve this problem without success. Reverting back to the original account did not help either. Additionally, I encountered difficulties when trying to cash out, as clicking on the cash out button led me to an unavailable page. Efforts such as resetting my phone, updating the app, and even reinstalling it did not solve the issue with depositing funds or cashing out. Despite sending multiple messages to Offer Up, I have only received an automated acknowledgment without any further assistance.

I found a car I like on your website. The seller, Aida D., claims to be on a military base leaving the country soon. They want OfferUp to manage the sale and have the car shipped to me within 2 - 3 days. They've asked for my contact details. Should I proceed with this? The car is a Nissan Murano.

I came across a touching request for donations for Christmas presents for a mother's three little girls who are in need. Inspired by this, I saw an advertisement from another kind individual offering stockings filled with gifts to families in need. Wanting to help, I shared this information with the mother who was seeking assistance for her children. However, I am now facing a message stating that I have violated community guidelines and am unable to send any more messages.

I am frustrated with a seller on OfferUp. I don't understand why this person is being disrespectful to me repeatedly without any reason. I have contacted OfferUp about this issue, but they haven't done anything to resolve it. I am considering taking additional steps to address this problem because I have reached my limit. The situation has upset me, and it led me to respond in a similar manner. I am tired of being blamed for things when they are the ones starting the problem. I'm having trouble completing a purchase and keep receiving an error message instructing me to contact customer support. I am eager to buy this item, but a glitch is preventing me from completing the order. This item is time-sensitive, and I might lose the opportunity due to the lack of reliable customer support. I recently made a sale of 2 rolls of #8 gauge wire, 10/3 [redacted] ft. I had trouble finding information on how to ship such a heavy package as the shipping label was only for 20lbs, but the package actually weighed almost 80lbs. I was given an extension of 2 days which ended yesterday. The package was dropped off before 6:00pm yesterday and sent out early this morning via mail. I have my tracking number, but it was unexpectedly cancelled. I am frustrated by this situation. Dale C.

I was involved in a hit and run accident that left me in a coma for 28 days. During that time, my beloved dog passed away, my twin brother took his own life, and the person I entrusted with my belongings in a hotel sold all my possessions, including my clothes. Unfortunately, he also sold my tools and underwater metal detection kit, a Garret [redacted] model with submersible headphones, that I had never used, for $[redacted] on your platform. I am hoping to locate it, as it is a rare and valuable item that I cannot afford to replace due to my current financial situation. Any assistance in retrieving it would be greatly appreciated. I had been posting items without issues on OfferUp, successfully sending and receiving messages and offers. Suddenly, I encountered an error code [redacted], resulting in my account being disabled. Despite creating a new account, I can't send or receive messages successfully. I haven't breached any rules. Can this situation be rectified?

I bought a vehicle for $[redacted] from the seller [redacted] To secure the purchase, OfferUp Purchase Protection e-mailed me, stating that the seller had the paperwork through them. They requested an additional $[redacted] for shipping, which the seller hadn't paid. I used Bitcoin to send the extra money. Later, they asked for more money for the attorney fees to put my name on the title. Realizing I couldn't afford more, I contacted them asking for a refund. Now, they are unresponsive and the support line isn't assisting me. I urgently need my refund processed as promised.

My computer has been hijacked, and I'm unable to fulfill my orders on the platform. The hackers are using the "Cloud App" extension to deceive me by overlaying fake offers on the legitimate site. The buyers they work with receive the items without making any payment using OfferUp. The absence of seller support is making it challenging for me to navigate this situation. As a result, I am losing trust in the reliability of your company.

I reached out to a seller last night regarding an item I wanted to purchase. He replied today with the information I needed. I attempted to respond to plan the trade details, but when I tried to send the message, it displayed an error message in red saying "unable to send message, please tap to try again." I repeated the process multiple times, logged out, cleared the cache, and restarted the device, but the issue persisted. Interestingly, the seller was able to message me during this time.

I have been experiencing difficulty with communication on the platform. Messages to sellers are going unseen, with no responses received. I suspect I may be shadow banned, leading me to create multiple accounts with varying email addresses and phone numbers. My primary account, [redacted], appears to have been affected. Despite reaching out to customer service via email, I await a response. Speaking with a representative over the phone is preferred to swiftly resolve this ongoing issue. Countless hours have been dedicated to resolving this matter independently. My most recent account, [redacted], initially showed promise with responses but suddenly ceased. The frustration of time wasted is mounting.

I sent three packages to a buyer - two with OfferUp's prepaid labels and one I shipped myself. The two with OfferUp labels show delivered, and I have a receipt for the third sent via FedEx. The buyer claims to have only received the OfferUp packages. The FedEx package, containing cups, also shows delivered. The buyer requested a refund for both, but I declined. How should I resolve this to ensure payment?

I have encountered difficulties reaching out to sellers on Offer Up. I continue to receive a 'request failed status code [redacted]' message, and I am unsure where the problem lies. Currently, I am searching for a trailer or vehicle to serve as a mobile office, but this issue persists across various categories such as RVs, trailers, cars, and trucks. It's disheartening to find that many listings are outdated and no longer available. Moreover, there is a significant number of attractive vehicles, RVs, and trailers listed at unusually low prices that appear suspicious. I believe Offer Up should improve communication channels between buyers and sellers. It would be beneficial if the platform implemented a time limit on listings, prompting sellers to confirm if the item or vehicle is still available. Additionally, stricter measures should be in place to combat fake or deceptive listings. I also suggest that dealers adhere to truth in lending laws to provide accurate pricing information and financing details transparently. Best, D.

I am experiencing issues verifying my phone number on OfferUp. Even though I have a valid US number with GCI in Alaska, the website claims it's not valid. I recently fell victim to a scam while trying to purchase a car online. Unfamiliar with such scams, I was instructed to buy eBay cards, costing me $[redacted]. I am now left without the funds to purchase the car I wanted. I've tried contacting OfferUp through the provided numbers and email with no success. It's frustrating that they offer customer service contacts online that lead nowhere. I am desperate to know what actions will be taken to refund my money and prevent this scammer from harming others. It has come to my attention that it was due to violations of the Community Guidelines and Posting Rules, as per OfferUp's discretion mentioned. I have been a long-time user and recently faced an issue while attempting to purchase a ring with my Amex card. Security measures were triggered, and despite confirming the transaction, I faced hurdles. After several email exchanges over three days, I received a concerning message. I am seeking assistance, as I am uncertain if there has been a security breach or if my account is compromised. There seems to be an issue with my listings on OfferUp. Despite being posted, they are not appearing in the feed nor showing up in searches. Even items that were previously visible are missing now. Consequently, I am not receiving any views on my listings. I have already attempted to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. I have been a long-time user of OfferUp and have not encountered this problem before. I kindly request assistance to rectify this situation so that my items can be seen by potential buyers.
