Hi, I recently created a new seller listing, and after posting it, I noticed a message on my listing stating "account not activated." I have been communicating with potential buyers without any account issues, as I just successfully posted a new listing for 4 Game King Slot Machines. Seeing the message makes me concerned that buyers may also see it and doubt the credibility of my account. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. I find the app to be subpar. They boast about being exceptional, but their customer service is lacking. It's frustrating that you can't search for specific items as they push their suggestions on you. Essentially, they just merged Letgo with eBay, which is disappointing. If I wanted items from eBay, I would go there directly. I prefer shopping locally for the convenience of inspecting items in person and avoiding high shipping costs. It would be beneficial if they allowed users to search for what they want. Reverting to Letgo, keeping eBay separate, or shutting down altogether might be a better move for them. The app's performance is unsatisfactory and their customer service is inadequate. Trying to contact them is futile as it redirects you to the top of the page repeatedly. It's frustrating. I'm even considering taking legal action against them for falsely advertising their customer service and search features. They offer a local pickup option, but it's ineffective, showing distant eBay listings. This contradicts the concept of shopping locally.

I am experiencing severe issues with account scams on my phone apps and urgently need to close my account. Kindly transfer the remaining funds to my current debit card linked to my checking account. There are individuals manipulating and engaging in fraudulent activities, posing a serious threat. As a member of the Department of Justice, I work closely with the Fraud and Scams Department in Arizona. We are currently investigating a person from Nigeria using various tactics to deceive individuals, including impersonating women on dating platforms to swindle money. This person has gained unauthorized access to my phone, sending texts and making calls on my behalf. Please suspend my account temporarily and refund any remaining balance. This situation is distressing, and I suspect unauthorized transactions. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to respond to a potential buyer on OfferUp. Every time I attempt to send a message, I receive an error message stating “Couldn’t deliver. Tap to try again.” When I tap the message, the error persists. To troubleshoot, I tried using the OfferUp website on my computer instead of the mobile app, and the message sends without an error. However, when I refresh the screen, the reply disappears, indicating that the message was not truly sent. I have been in contact with OfferUp's customer service about this glitch but have not received a response yet. This problem started around noon and has persisted until 8pm, preventing me from communicating with the buyer efficiently. I hope to resolve this issue promptly to avoid losing the sale. I tried to contact support but did not receive a response. I searched for a phone number but couldn't find one. I need an extension as my package got stuck in the outgoing mail in the shipping department due to the Easter holiday. After realizing the pickup didn't happen, I requested the package back to avoid sending it to the seller. I fear they may not return my money and could use the item in a fraudulent sale. I'm prepared to submit an Affidavit explaining that I unknowingly ended up with stolen goods. This situation implicates the platform for facilitating the sale of stolen items without proper verification. I returned the item within the timeframe, but processing delays occurred due to holidays. I request a refund promptly to avoid further escalation.

I have been attempting to contact support. I sent an email to Cedi, however, OfferUp did not reply. Despite my efforts to find a phone number, I was unsuccessful. I am requesting an extension and assistance via this email. My package was delayed in the outgoing mail at the shipping department due to the recent Easter holiday. Upon learning that the pickup did not occur, I requested the package to be returned to me as it was intended to be sent directly back to the seller, who may be involved in a fraudulent scheme. It is essential to rectify this situation promptly before any further issues arise. I kindly ask for a resolution to this matter to avoid any escalation.

I've been struggling to access my OfferUp account for over a week now. Despite reaching out several times, I have not received a resolution. Initially, a support representative suggested reinstalling the app or using another device, both of which I had already attempted without success. Subsequent follow-ups via email and Facebook have gone unanswered. When logging in on my mobile device, even after numerous restarts and re-installs, I consistently encounter an "Authentication failed" message. On the web browser, I encounter a similar issue where the authentication code sent to my cell phone leads to an error message (Error code: 9N78ZKRJ) upon entry. Additionally, trying to log in via Google or Facebook results in a "login cancelled by user" prompt. When looking for my posted items without logging in, they appear, but attempting to view them labels my user account as deactivated.

I filed a claim against Waylord Logistics Unlimited for a heavy steel safe I purchased. After their payment, they claimed to have shipped the item via UPS. UPS states a package weighing just six pounds was delivered. I did not receive it, and I am pursuing the matter with them. The safe I ordered weighed significantly more than six pounds. Kindly review the advertisement I saw when making the purchase, as what they sent does not match. I require a contact number, as my emails to the provided address have gone unanswered. The item they sent, as evident from the ad, could not have been six pounds. I was charged $[redacted] for this, and I am very dissatisfied, I hope you understand. It seems like a scam.

I recently tried to purchase sterling silver salt and pepper shakers from someone in Bakersfield on April 20th. The seller did not send the items even after being reminded by OfferUp and eventually canceled the order. I was assured a refund within 5 days, but as of the 27th, I have not received it. When I try to make offers on other items, I receive an error message prompting me to contact OfferUp, yet there is no way to reach them directly. I have attempted to send messages and emails without success. The complete automation of responses is frustrating, as it takes about a week to hear back. I am simply seeking information on my refund status and am disappointed with the lack of communication.

About a month ago, I listed a leather jacket for sale on OfferUp. A buyer, Rebekah from Louisville, Kentucky, showed interest. Although I typically trade locally, I agreed to mail the jacket to her on April 12th. I encountered a bicycle accident on my way to the post office, resulting in a concussion and hospital stay. Despite this, I managed to send the jacket on August 16th. OfferUp canceled the sale before the buyer received it, claiming it should have been mailed within 5 business days after purchase. I communicated with customer service, providing all necessary details, but the refund went to Rebekah. She received the jacket on the 20th, confirming her satisfaction. However, she claims she never received a refund from OfferUp. I am left without payment, having incurred mailing expenses. I seek clarity on the missing funds and a resolution to this issue.

I have attempted to contact you three times without any response. I recently sold an item through your app, but on the same day I shipped the item to the buyer (J), the order was canceled. I have spoken with the buyer (J) via the app's messenger, and he confirmed receiving the item, but I have not received payment. This is my fourth attempt to resolve this issue. I have evidence of the conversation with the buyer confirming the delivery. I request someone to reach out to me promptly regarding this matter and to deposit the funds into my account without any deductions due to the extended delay and inconvenience caused by the app's error and slow response time. It would also demonstrate care for users if you could credit my account with additional funds for app purchases. I am currently very dissatisfied with the service and contemplating removing all my listings, leaving a negative review, and cautioning others about my experience before deleting the app entirely, which I wish not to do. I hope for a swift resolution. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my texts not being delivered, and I am not receiving responses either. I have made numerous offers on items and left my phone number but have not heard back from the sellers. This is particularly concerning as I had planned to buy presents for my wife and kids before Christmas and one seller was driving a long way to meet me with items I was looking forward to. My OfferUp account was not functioning properly around that time, causing a lot of frustration for both the sellers and me. I have tried logging out and even creating a new account, but I am limited to one email address. I believe it could be a simple problem to fix. My family relies on me to provide for them, whether it's through employment, birthday gifts, or materials for building a woodworking shop, which I am close to completing. I just need a few more items like doors and metal siding.

I encountered an issue at the post office while trying to mail the item to the buyer. Unfortunately, I couldn't access the provided shipping label. Since it was a Friday and the post office had closed, I couldn't get the package out as planned. I promptly paid for the shipping and intended to send the package to the address and the buyer's name supplied on OfferUp. Now, I am waiting to be paid, but OfferUp keeps messaging me about canceling the order if I don't ship it. I have already shipped it and provided them with all the necessary tracking numbers. Despite my efforts, I can't seem to get in touch with anyone from their customer service team. It's crucial that they contact me soon; otherwise, I will have to consider taking the matter to small claims court due to the buyer's alleged nonpayment. They were supposed to refund her, but I have proof that she received the package, as I shared all the details and proof of delivery with OfferUp, who unfortunately have been unresponsive.

As an OfferUp seller, I faced a challenge with the shipping timeline due to the weekend closure of the post office. Although I received a 2-day extension, OfferUp's system still prompts me to ship the item. The package has been sent and is now in transit according to USPS tracking. Despite my attempts to communicate with the buyer, they have not responded. How can I update OfferUp to reflect that the item has been shipped to avoid automatic order cancellation?

I am looking for a vehicle and other items like many users on your app. Unfortunately, I have encountered some difficulties with unresponsive sellers and outdated listings. It is frustrating to see posts that have been up for years without any response from the sellers. I suggest implementing a system where users can contact Offer Up to check the availability of an item before reaching out to sellers directly. This would help clean up the platform and create space for new and relevant listings. I believe this improvement would benefit all users and make Offer Up a better app overall. I bought an Oculus Quest game system for $[redacted] with order number #[redacted]40. I was assured it would ship promptly, but it was not sent until 5/11. The tracking information indicates it is still in transit as of 5/19. The seller has been unpleasant, claiming not to have received payment and making threats. I have saved all the messages for evidence. I am requesting a full refund as I no longer wish to proceed with this transaction due to the seller's behavior. If the item arrives, I will refuse delivery or insist that the seller covers the return shipping costs. This experience with Offer Up has been disappointing for my first time using the platform. I had a customer named Sally purchase an item from me, and I shipped it out. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shipping status not being updated correctly by the Postman or possibly an OfferUp error. As a result, OfferUp canceled the shipment and order without proper communication. Sally received some items, but there are two missing pieces. I shipped all items together, but now I am left without my merchandise or payment. Sally claims that the item is fake, but I have a track record of selling authentic Royal Dalton items. She ordered five items and only received three due to the mishap. I have been attempting to contact OfferUp regarding this matter, but have not received any response so far.
