Log into my old account on a new phone ... I've had an OfferUp account for a few years with a very high sale rating, then changed phones. When I changed phones OfferUp woulud not recognize my original account and forcing me to start all over again. OfferUp is sending verification codes to a phone number I no longer have access to. How can I connect my original account on my new phone? How can I get the * step verification code sent to a current phone number?
I do not have access to the phone number I originally set up the account on and now Offer Up is sending the * step verification code to a number I no longer have. I need to update my number so I can get the code.
I want to update * step verification phone number to a current number so I can get the code to log in. It's been * months and I can't get in.
I've been using Offer Up for *-*, since the app came out
