I purchased 2 pairs of UGG slides from a seller who confirmed the payment and stated the shipping would take 3-5 days. After requesting the tracking number, the seller never provided it. When I asked again, there was no response, and the following day, the seller's account was deleted. I am seeking a resolution, either by contacting the seller or receiving a refund since it has been almost 2 weeks without any updates or the products.

I sold an item on OfferUp to a customer living in the next city to the south. To avoid driving, I shipped the package via USPS for $4.10 instead of using the OfferUp label. The buyer has received the item as confirmed by their thank you message on OfferUp. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]56. Can you please transfer the funds to my account on file?

My account is linked to the email of Brian Edward Brooks at gmail.com. Since the buyer has deleted their account, I am unable to receive payment as they cannot approve the order. I am concerned about not being paid due to this. Could you confirm receipt of the package? I kindly request the immediate release of funds to my account to resolve this. I have been trying to contact via email but have not received any responses. I just want to ensure I receive my payment. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone at [redacted]. Releasing the funds promptly would be greatly appreciated in this situation.

Whenever I try to list an item for sale, I receive a message stating it's a violation. However, I've noticed other users selling Cuban cigars and alcohol without issue. My account was deactivated without my consent once before, and this time, I'm choosing to deactivate it myself. I don't appreciate this lack of respect and would like an apology. I no longer wish to receive any emails from you. Thank you.

I recently ordered a Luvabella doll, the African American version, on OfferUp. The seller agreed to cancel my order before shipping it out. However, even though he said he canceled it and reposted the item, the funds are still pending on my card. I want to ensure that the purchase is indeed canceled and receive the refund promptly. The transaction number for the item is [redacted], and the seller's name is Amilleon. I'm anxious for the $65.99 to be refunded to my card as soon as possible.

I recently installed OfferUp on my new laptop and encountered an issue with TruYou verification. Although I had already completed the verification process on my iPad by confirming my email, phone, uploading my license, and a selfie, when I logged in on my laptop, it prompted me to join TruYou again. Despite my email and phone being verified, it seems I now need to re-upload my ID and take another selfie. This limitation is frustrating as I am unable to post or edit listings without completing this process again. While I understand the need for security measures, it is inconvenient to re-verify each time I log in on a different device. I hope OfferUp can streamline this process to enhance user experience.

I purchased a phone, and although the seller marked it as shipped, I never received it. OfferUp issued a refund for $99.99, but they initially charged me $[redacted].29. I am missing $28.30. Please refund this amount to my card. It's unfair that I am penalized for being scammed by this fraudulent seller. Kindly remove the pending fund from my account and return the remaining $28.30. I am struggling to get in touch with support. One of my items was returned damaged, and I have not received any instructions on how to proceed. I have also been unexpectedly logged out of my account, and I can no longer access it. The item I shipped out last week, which was supposed to reach the buyer in a couple of days, got canceled yesterday. Consequently, I lost both the money and the item. Please provide assistance promptly.

This has happened again, and I am on the brink of giving up on this site and going back to eBay and Mercari. I sold a Lululemon lot to a buyer, but I have not received my payment. To make matters worse, OfferUp canceled the sale even though the buyer has already received the item. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand to be credited without delay. It's frustrating that I cannot speak to a customer service representative over the phone. This issue needs to be resolved promptly.

I have tried contacting OfferUp multiple times regarding this issue without receiving a response. I subscribed to the Promote Plus service for $20 per month, and recently paid an additional $5 to post an ad. Unfortunately, the ad did not go through due to server problems on the app. After reinstalling the app and logging in with the same email, everything was reset. I currently have 3 free monthly posts available, but the system does not acknowledge my payment for the Promote Plus service and the additional ad. This has left me $25 down without any results. Hello, I’m Johnathon Patterson. I received a message from OfferUp saying my orders were canceled due to missing the shipping deadline. I had already sent the items out but can’t track them now. I suspect a delay at the post office led to this issue. The transactions disappeared from my profile and I’m worried about not getting paid while the buyers might still receive the packages. Any advice is appreciated.

When attempting to contact a seller using the "Ask Seller" feature, I consistently encounter an error message prompting me to refresh and try again. Despite numerous attempts, including restarting my computer, I am unable to send any messages after three days of trying. In addition, any messages I attempt to send through my inbox to sellers seem to disappear without reaching the seller. I am seeking assistance as I have been unable to communicate with anyone for three days now. Any advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mae.

I was contacted yesterday about selling my Xbox. "Michael" asked to text due to phone issues. He agreed to buy it for $[redacted] plus shipping. When he mentioned sending payment after shipping, I became suspicious and found out it was a scam. His Offer Up post is deleted, but I have saved all texts. I urge you to look into this to prevent others from falling for it. I have the shipping address available. How can we stop this from happening to others? Thank you.

Hello, I'm William Brannock, 28 years old. I have an account on OfferUp. I sold a "TI84 Plus Calculator" for $50 on the website and shipped it to a buyer. I missed the shipping deadline but prepared the label in advance. Due to an emergency, I shipped the item after the label had expired. I informed the buyer about the delay and they agreed for me to proceed with shipping. The package was sent via USPS with the label dates from 12/13 to 12/15. However, I have not received any shipping notifications yet.

I'm experiencing issues with sending messages through the Offerup app. I've tried messaging multiple sellers as a test, but haven't received any responses. One particular seller, despite showing a "[redacted]% response rate" and a promise to respond within an hour, hasn't replied to me for a week. Additionally, I've received no response at all from another person I reached out to via the app. Could there be a problem on the app that I can investigate to resolve this issue? Thank you.

I sold a scooter to a person named Adrian and shipped it to him. The deposit account I used initially isn't functioning, and I tried to switch the payment to a debit card. However, the funds seem to have vanished as they don't reflect in my OfferUp app balance or the original debit card I provided. I am unable to add a new deposit method with a debit card on the app either. When I try to input the information for the new card, I receive an error message prompting me to enter a debit card. Is there a way to resolve this issue and transfer the payment correctly?

Good morning! This is my second email in 2 days. Three years ago, I ran an ad for 3 items. I sold two, but the third - a boat - did not sell. I followed the support team's instructions from yesterday's email on how to remove the ad. I would like to utilize your additional advertising options to sell this item faster. I recently sold a lamp on OfferUp and shipped it to the buyer. However, I received conflicting messages from OfferUp stating that they had canceled the order followed by another message saying I canceled it. The buyer has confirmed receiving the lamp, but I have not received payment after two days. This type of situation occurs repeatedly, and I find it frustrating. The inability to contact OfferUp through the app may lead me to stop using their services altogether. I am seeking resolution to receive my payment promptly as OfferUp appears unaware of the issue. Subject: Urgent Help Needed with Offer Up Order I am in urgent need of assistance regarding a recent transaction on Offer Up. I sold a purse to a buyer, Kathie Belcher (Miller), who claimed it smelled like perfume and returned it. In the meantime, another buyer named Alberto purchased the purse. Due to awaiting the return, I missed the 3-day shipping deadline for Alberto's order. Once the purse was back in my possession, I promptly sent it to Alberto. However, upon returning from the post office, I was notified that the sale had been cancelled by Offer Up. Despite this, I have proof of shipping the item to Alberto and have a pending deposit of $38.70. This situation is causing me financial strain as I rely on selling items for income.
