I bought a pressure washer from the seller that doesn't work, the seller says he bought it a brand new a year ago and still have the receipt(that he forget to bring). and that he took it to the shop and was told it only needs a carburetor cleaning plus it was missing the pressure tip**(that he forget too), my mistake was I believe him. We communicated through the phone until we meet in front of a Target Shopping Center, again I believe he scammer story and took the pressure washer home. The next day I text, call him about the receipt and the tips because as he says he just bought it a year ago still under warranty since the pressure washer did not work. Still, I haven't heard from him. *What can I do to get my money back?**Sincerely *A disappointed buyer
