OfferUp Absolutely needs to have a direct customer service option for situations like this! It is in my opinion ridiculous to conduct business with a site you have no way of contacting what so ever

I was trying to contact Offerup about a shipping delay due to a holiday and a HURRICANE!I ... I have received a message from offerup about not shipping my item off to a buyer yet. The message said I have two more days to ship or the order will be canceled. Yesterday was Labor Day and the post office was closed. I live in Charleston Sc and there is a hurricane that is expected to make landfall here tomorrow evening...Therefore the post office was also closed today and there is no way to know what day it will be back open. I have the item boxed and ready to ship but this situation is out of my hands.*I also have spoken to the buyer multiple times to give updates and stay in touch. What exactly am I supposed to do in this situation? And the fact I can not personally contact offerup makes things sooooo much worse!
There is an absolute need for us the sellers and buyers to be able to have an open line of communication with the site we are using

I have sold many items on Offerup and this is the one and only time my shipping has been delayed and it was due to a holiday and a hurricane...
Everything in my power but without having an open line of communication with offerup it was pointless

I didn’t get past the problem, my order was canceled and I’m seriously considering not doing any business on offerup again. It’s frustrating and honestly kind of ridiculous that you can in no way shape or form contact Offerup directly with a matter such as this smh...Holiday? Hurricane? And you still cancel my order due to not shipping out on time? Wow Offerup, way to go! Thankfully I had a very understanding and cool buyer and he just reordered but that was through no help of Offerup. This “no customer contact policy “should definitely be changed.....
