purchase of Apple Watch * series with original box. On May **th ****.*Transaction **********Seller hasn’t shipped item. There is no tracking information registered at usps showing that the package*item it’s on my way or has arrived. Seller claims she*he did sent it.* I message seller yesterd morning to let her*him know that I didn’t want the item (apple Watch) to be shipp to me anymore, and to please cancel the transaction. I explained seller the reason. Before and after purchasing the watch (through OfferUp), I’ve had asked seller for the item’s ‘watch IMEI number’ before she*him was supposed to shipp to me to verify if it was unlocked, no backlisted and ready to be use. Now seller states that that specific info, (IMEI number), was messaged to me, but this statement is false, (you could Check all our conversations through OfferUp time and everything). Seller also states that he*she has already shipped the item (watch), but I checked the tracking number before contacting him this morning and there is no registration or info at the USPS. Failing disclosure about important information about the item before shipping it to me, seller stating she*he did messaged the info I was requesting (through OfferUp messaging), and stating that she*he already shipped the item without any proof of it all had made me filled this claim. There is no tracking information showing on USPS abut the item being shipped to me or that the item it’s on it’s way! Seller never disclosed the IMEI number from the watch for me to check before she*he could shipp to me. In the messages (through OfferUp) seller agrees to hold off the shipping until she*he messages and discloses the watch IMEI number since she*he stated was busy working. Seller also stated at the end of our messages that I was a scammer and that she*he was going to say to OfferUp that I stole her*his item (watch). I have no interest on the item since seller knew I didn’t want her*him to ship it to me until I verify all what the seller was claiming about the watch was true, checking with Apple store thought the IMEI number from watch. The only thing I want and would like it’s to stop the transaction*purchase and have my money back. I have also contact my bank and explained all. My bank says to reach first the company and if there is no response or help they (my bank) will jump in take care of it.*Please contact me if you have any further questions or need more information email me to *****@***.com*Thank you in advance!
