I ordered from a lady on November *nd and still haven't received my item... She said her shipping label expired and she created a new one and reshiped it..... then she said "I haven't received a response from OfferUp. I've sent them three inquiries. I received automated messages stating that I would receive an.email response within ** hours but I haven't. Ive only sold a few things on here, so I can't find a phone number for offer up to talk to someone by phone or chat. It tells me that the transaction was cancelled and then says the payment was authorized but its not giving me an updated label. " so please contact me asap or just give me a full refund
GetHuman-alyssayl did not yet indicate what OfferUp should do to make this right.
