I received a product shipped to me that is counterfeit. However, the post office took * days to actually deliver the item even though it was marked delivered. This often happens because I live in a very busy area and they do not feel it is safe to leave the package. Though I have complained repeatedly about marking a package delivered without it actually being delivered, they still do this. Thus, the item in this case took * days to arrive after the “delivery“ and that was after the buyer protection claim window (which is entirely too short). Once I received the item, I realized it is counterfeit and immediately went to make a claim, but I can’t. I would like this rectified in the form of a refund, as I paid $*** for fake shoes. Thanks.
