I have been charged $[redacted] for an item I did not purchase. Someone has hacked my account and continues to charge me. Despite my numerous emails reporting this issue, it persists. I am unable to understand how this keeps happening. I request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I have canceled my credit card and reported this to my bank, but the unauthorized charges remain. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

I recently sold my LG V35 ThinQ last night. It was brand new in the box, still wrapped. I advised the buyer to inspect it but he declined, assuring he would handle it upon reaching home. Shortly after, he messaged claiming the phone had scratches and raised glass, which was untrue. Despite listing it for $[redacted], we settled on $[redacted] after a lengthy discussion. I suggested he should have checked the phone upon purchase to avoid confusion. He failed to do so. Now, the buyer is threatening me with police involvement.

I am having trouble receiving my payment. I have been asked multiple times to verify my government ID which I have submitted several times. After that, I was asked to verify my identity by entering my social security number. Stripe is now requesting my information to release the funds. I have contacted Stripe, and they confirmed that everything is okay on their end. Please help, as Offer Up oversees my account entirely. I am in a tough spot financially and urgently need the payment from Transaction ID - [redacted] on September 13, [redacted], which has been cleared for deposit. I rely on this money for my children's necessities like school clothes and diapers. Please address my issue, Offer Up Agent. I value your app and even utilize paying services like Bump and Promote.

My Offer Up account got closed due to a false harassment report by a seller. Despite having evidence from our conversation showing I was respectful, Offer Up did not contact me. I have a flawless buying and selling history as a Tru-You Member. I am eager to follow the required steps to appeal and have a senior customer service representative review this report. I recently submitted a request for a return and a refund on OfferUp for Apple earbuds I purchased with transaction number ********. Upon receiving them yesterday, I noticed they seem to be counterfeit. The Apple box lacks usual information, the writing on the buds is different, and the power light color is not the same as our authentic pair. Priced at $***, these are clearly not genuine. I want a refund for this item bought as a gift. When attempting to initiate a return following OfferUp's instructions, I encountered an error message saying 'Transaction not in valid state.' I am unsure what this means. Despite reaching out to both the seller and OfferUp, I have not received a response. I am concerned about surpassing the *-day return window without a resolution.

Good morning, I followed the guidelines on your website when sending a package, and the buyer confirmed receipt on Friday. However, on Monday, she requested a refund claiming she was unhappy with the packaging. When I asked about the alleged issues, she mentioned black marks which were not present when I shipped the item; I have photographic evidence. She also complained about the absence of a shoulder strap, even though we never advertised one. She is now saying the item is too small and demanding a refund. I disagree with her reasons for requesting a refund. This is my first time using this platform, so I would appreciate guidance on the proper procedure in this situation.

I paid to promote an item, and now I need it sold and picked up in two days. However, the ad got mixed up with someone's Toyota due to an issue in their system. Despite reaching out to customer service a day ago, I still haven't received a response, and time is running out. Trying to recreate the old ad gives me an error code, and verifying my phone number is also problematic - one number gives an error code, and the other doesn't receive a text. It's frustrating, especially since there's no customer service phone number to call for help.

After purchasing a car from a seller, I encountered mechanical issues not disclosed in the original ad. Despite attempts to reach out for the necessary DMV paperwork correction, the seller has been unresponsive for the past 7 hours. The paperwork provided does not match what DMV requires for transferring ownership. This has left me unable to register the vehicle and at a loss of $3,[redacted]. I saw an OfferUp post on 09/24/[redacted] from a Sergeant in the US Air Force stationed in Kansas, moving to Alaska, selling a truck to be shipped via eBay. The seller requested payment with $[redacted] in eBay gift cards but did not honor the agreement. The listing was removed. Please let me know if you need more details.

I bought a handbag listed as "Genuine Fendi Leopard Print Bag" which was supposed to be in mint condition, but the seller disclosed a broken strap and adjusted the price. However, when the bag arrived, it was not in the promised condition. The leather was peeling, and the calf hair body of the bag was balding due to use. Furthermore, the authenticity card included belonged to a different bag than the one I received. I have tried reaching out to your team via your app, but have not received a response and am becoming frustrated. I would like to return the bag to the seller for a full refund promptly. I purchased a mattress pad from a seller named Mary on OfferUp. Unfortunately, due to a missing apartment number, the item was returned to her. I paid her $10 to reship it. When she provided the receipt showing 80 cents remaining, I offered to pay, but she didn't respond. I eventually sent the 80 cents, but she became upset, returned the money, and refused to resend the item. She later canceled the $10.80 transaction. I have not received the item and am owed $32 for the mattress pad and $10.80 for shipping. Mary has been uncooperative and rude. Another seller helped me resolve a similar issue promptly. I am seeking a quick refund of the owed amount.

I need assistance as the buyer who purchased my item now has a deactivated account. This is my first time selling and the item is a SE625 Brother Sewing Machine that was sold for $[redacted]. I have a wall unit for sale and received a message instructing me to contact a person's mother at a specific email address, ASHLEY.SMITH@[redacted] They claimed they would send a certified check for the item's price plus an additional $50 for holding it. However, alarmingly, a FedEx check for $1,[redacted] arrived, which was $1,[redacted] more than required for shipping. Subsequently, I received a message from a person named Mark Humbert attempting a similar scam on your site. I am shocked and disappointed by this experience and feel compelled to report it to the police. This is my first time selling on your platform, and I am dismayed that I have fallen victim to a scam. I have also encountered issues on Letgo with two individuals engaging in unscrupulous behavior and had to take action against them.

After having my account reinstated, it seems to have been deactivated once more. Although briefly operational, I am now unable to send or receive messages. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, the issue persists. Several weeks ago, the account was disabled for policy violations, resulting in message interruptions and lack of item views. Upon contacting support, the account was restored promptly. Unfortunately, the problems have resurfaced. I am eager to resume using my account fully.

I bought a pair of Jordan Retro Cap & Gown Black sneakers on September 11th for $[redacted] from a seller on OfferUp. The shoes were advertised as authentic, but when they arrived, they were not, and the shipping package was in bad condition. I contacted OfferUp on September 14th, they requested pictures of the packaging and the shoes within 3 days, which I provided. Eventually, OfferUp emailed me a return shipping label on September 27th, and I sent the shoes to Bellevue, WA [redacted]. I have tried to reach out by email multiple times but have not received a response. I got a USPS confirmation email stating that OfferUp received the package on October 1st at 9:59 am. Since I haven't heard back, I have initiated a claim with my bank for the $[redacted]. I'm seeking help to resolve this matter. Thank you.

About a month ago, I purchased two fake phones for $[redacted] from an individual who is now refusing to refund me. Recently, he contacted me claiming he would send a code and my name for the refund, which seems suspicious as he mentioned using the names on OfferUp. I suspect he is attempting to scam others in the same way. I have evidence in the form of screenshots and the phone itself. I believe his name is Mace, and he contacted me from the number [redacted]. My name is Bridgette Mccoy, and my contact number is [redacted]. I had a complete text thread of the transaction, but he somehow hacked my phone and deleted the messages. I have screenshots this time. I am seeking assistance to locate and apprehend him for his actions.

I recently downloaded OfferUp to find a good deal on a PS4, but unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam. I made the mistake of not meeting at the seller's location or having them come to mine. We met at Target, where I expected to receive a PS4 with all the cables and a controller, but instead got a charging station without a USB or HDMI cable. I plugged in the PS4 at home, only to encounter a gray screen and clicking noises from the console. The seller marked the deal as sold to another buyer before I realized I had been scammed. The seller's name was Chris, with a profile picture showing a bike with a girl on it. I am hoping to either get a refund or exchange the faulty PS4 for my money back. I trusted OfferUp for a secure trade, but now I am seeking advice on how to proceed.

I recently received my first order from a customer who needed me to ship it to them. Unfortunately, there was an issue with printing the shipping label provided by your company at the post office. I ended up paying to ship the item myself as the day was ending. I have the receipt and tracking number for the shipment. The payment was pending, but now the customer's account is deactivated. I am concerned about not receiving payment for the product I shipped while the customer might not get it. I would like to be contacted so I can provide proof of the transaction with the receipt and tracking number to show that the item was sent to the buyer and I should receive payment for it.

After providing him with measurements, I requested that he secure a building permit from the city, which he claimed he could do. Unfortunately, I discovered he had been dishonest. Despite giving him a $[redacted] deposit, he failed to refund it when I realized his deceit.
