I just sent this info asking for offer up to get me a return and a refund and the bottom came back asking what I want...I want a refund :(**We bought Apple earbuds, transaction *******and received them yesterday ********. They appear to be counterfeit. There isn't the usual info on the apple box, the writing on the buds is different, as is the color of the power light on the buds. We have a pair and bought this as a gift so it is easy to compare. These are not the real deal. They were $***. We want a refund. I followed the directions for a return on offer up and received the pop up 'Transaction not in valid state'. I do not know what this means. I have not heard back from the seller or from offer up. I do not want to exceed the * day return policy, but I'm getting no where :(*You did not yet indicate what OfferUp should do to make this right.
