Shipped an item with OfferUp, but the tracking information on the label is not being scanned. OfferUp sent me an email stating that if the information on the label isn't scanned within two days, they will take my money back. This sounds like a scam! I shipped the product days ago and it is very common for a shipping label to be damaged or faulty during transit. Therefore, I will be requesting to have the non-shipment case closed and the $**.** sale restored to my OfferUp payment option.
GetHuman-djgrisi did not yet indicate what OfferUp should do to make this right.
