Help with my OfferUp issue

OfferUp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tortalaf will need to dig through the advice provided by OfferUp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Receive my payment for my last * shipments ... I have been trying for about * weeks now to have my money released to me that I've been waiting over a month for from sending out shipments to buyers in other states. I have gone through the help center in the app multiple times the last * weeks and everyone gives me the same unhelpful on resolving responses and after a couple messages OfferUp refuse to continue to stay in contact with me. I have called my bank carrier for the card the money is supposed to be transferred onto and they do not have it I've never had an issue receiving money on that card before from OfferUp or any other app and my balance is still showing in the OfferUp account so I know that offer up still has my money I still want my money and I still expect my money and I think it's really shady that there is a number that I can call to report you guys. You guys can't just keep my money it's mine and I want it now
It has been about a month past the date that I was supposed to receive the money onto the card linked with my account
I want offer up to release my money to me ASAP and to stop suggesting the same unhelpful steps time and time again.
I have been a customer since January ****, I post items daily, and have never had an issue shipping through the app before.
I've tried getting help through offerup for * weeks now, I have called my bank to see if the issue was on their end and it's not and I have also waited well past the time they suggest for the money to show on my card.
