Help with my OfferUp issue

I added a bank account for the funds to be transferred after a sale. It is a savings account, to be specific. When I checked with the bank, they said that they saw some funds for the particular amount but it couldn't be deposited and sent back to the sender (which is OfferUp). So i am assuming that OfferUp ONLY recognizes Checking Accounts and not Savings Account. If that is true, it should be specified. Now my money is somewhere with OFfer Up. I am waiting to speak with a customer service rep to resolve this issue. I did put the checking account as my default way of payment. I need to know how long it will take the send the money over to my Checking Account?
