I needed help to ship back the item to the seller. The item was defective i spoke to the seller he agree to refund the money. When i went to post office i have to pay the shipping postage $*.** but i already pay the shipping already from the seller which i wasn’t aware for the fee because when i made my payment there’s no shipping fee listed. I can send my screenshot for the conversation with seller i’ve been trying to return the item since day * that i have received the item and immediately spoke to the seller. The only thing its holding me to ship is the shipping postage. Who should be asking for that matter. I have so many email from offer up keep saying they need to direct me to the right department until now no one seem to care to atleast update me or guide me to handle the issue. Please i demand to someone follow up my request.
