Hello,*I just purchased one of your games last night. I have owned the Oculus system for two days and have decided to return the system due to physical issues. (I do have proof of return) I requested a refund for the game but my request was refused. I purchased within less of ** days and have only played the game *-* times with no more than ** minutes at a time.*I am asking why my request for reimbursement is being refused. It says I played * hours. I know for a fact that I did not.*I appreciate your help with this matter.*Thank you.
