My air conditioner hose keeps falling off and won't stay connected. I purchased this unit 2 years ago and have tried various methods, including using duct tape, to secure it in place. However, it continues to detach, resulting in a strange smell and diminished cooling capacity. I encountered a similar issue with a previous unit in Ossipee, NH, and assumed I was at fault until consulting with others who identified the problem with the connectors at the back of the air conditioner. During a recent heatwave, I purchased a replacement unit from your Medway location, which featured an improved connection design. However, after using it, I experienced headaches and difficulty breathing, prompting me to seek fresh air. I suspect that the opened box and torn accessories bag indicated prior issues with the unit. Given my constrained budget and medical necessity for air conditioning, I urgently require assistance in obtaining the correct connectors, hose, and window insert for my original air conditioner (Model # OBZ-14PE, Serial # D[redacted]15A[redacted]9). Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. [redacted]

I had an unfortunate experience today at the Central Ave. store in Albany, NY on 9/4/18 around 11am. I tried to make a purchase totaling approximately $21.00 using a Crazy Deals card for $11.98, a store credit of around $2, and an e-gift card with a balance of $14.97. The cashier repeatedly inputted the e-gift card as a regular gift card, causing it not to process. After explaining it was a store e-gift card, she insisted she was the manager and did not need my instructions. The exchange escalated, with her questioning me about the cards and eventually refusing to continue the transaction. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the situation became confrontational. I felt disrespected and frustrated by the lack of professionalism. As an educated and retired individual, I expect better customer service. This encounter has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this store in the future.

While making an online purchase, I encountered a disappointing experience at register 1. The cashier, identified as cashier #[redacted], initially claimed she was closed despite being directed to her for a special order. It seemed like the manager may have overheard, as they started fixing something under the counter. I asked the cashier to proceed with my purchase while we waited, and she did so reluctantly. When told it was fixed, she served the next customer without assisting me further until I insisted. Although I have been a long-time customer at the Danvers, MA store, the treatment on July 8th was a first. As someone who works in retail myself and manages the service desk, I know the importance of customer service. I trust that the necessary actions will be taken with this employee, leaving it to your discretion. On a separate note, I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Kensin Linen Tower.

I am seeking a printout of my purchases at OSJL over the last 18 months. I have been assisting an 86-year-old friend through health challenges, buying him beverages and other items. I am facing allegations of elder coercion and would like to use these records to prove my innocence. My friend can verify the items I highlight were purchased for him. The purchases include hydrating drinks like protein water and coconut water. Your help in retrieving these records would be greatly appreciated. I have been a loyal customer at OSJL for years and have introduced many people to your stores. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. My name is Victoria S., and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Phone contact is preferable for further details.

I bought a 12,[redacted] BTU floor model air conditioner that keeps leaking water from the bottom. It's just over a year old, so the warranty is no longer valid. Despite draining the water through the hose, the leak persists underneath the machine, not near the hose connection. Can anyone offer advice on how to fix this issue? I'm disabled and facing extreme heat in the Northeast. I'd appreciate any help on resolving this problem so I can continue using it. The air conditioner seems to function correctly for a while, then makes a swishing noise before returning to normal operation. Although there wasn't much water when we drained it using the hose, the leak persists from underneath the unit. Thank you in advance for any guidance provided.

I had a disappointing experience at the Medford store with manager, Marc, regarding the student discount policy. He insisted on proof of enrollment, which I found inconvenient as most parents don't carry these documents. In contrast, a friend in a nearby store had a more relaxed policy, not requiring proof. I prefer shopping at the Medford store, but the inconsistency in policies is frustrating. This interaction left me disappointed, especially on a hot day. It would be beneficial if company policies were uniformly applied across all stores for customer convenience.
