Waiting six weeks for lenses. Was originally told three. Call LensCrafters several times. First they told me Oakley said my frames were on back order even though I sent my new frames to the lab. Then I was told my lenses are on back order. Last Wednesday, I was told Oakley was finishing my lenses and would ship the next day. A week later, I got the same story. According to LensCrafters, they were told, don’t pay attention to the back order!?! Help!
GetHuman-rdworrel did not yet indicate what Oakley should do to make this right.
