To enjoy a evening with my husband ... Hello my name is Zenith Motley. My husband and I were at your location in Columbus Ohio at the Canal Winchester location on December ** ****. We were there for your all you eat catfish. We were very disappointed with the service. The first serving was a nice portion of four pieces, the next serving was one piece of fish that was the size of a goldfish. After we ate the one piece we waited ** minutes for the next serving which only had two pieces on the plate and the fish was cold. We ask to see the manager after my husband and I waited for the additional pieces, he was not concerned about our problem at all. *He did not do any thing to make the situation better. I just moved here’s from Hiram Georgia where the O Charleys their is awesome. We are very disappointed. Check******** BarServer was Lori we paid **.** for our meal. How can we correct this issue. *Thanks Zenith
