Ordered Nutrisystem on *-**-** and paid with credit card $***.**. I talked to Jeff ***********. There was a ** day trial period. The products were not working for me. On *-**-** at **:** am I called ***-***-**** and spoke with David and cancelled with cancellation ********** provided to me by phone. I was told that all but $**.** would be refunded to my credit card. A return (RMA) was mailed to me and I boxed up all non-perishable uneaten food and mailed back to Nutrisystem from Midtown Mailboxes, *** S. Main Street, Farmville, VA *****. *I did not receive the refund per agreement. I notified DISCOVER who looked into the disputed charge. The issue is NOT resolved. *You must have my account information on file. Kathy T. Craft***** Buffalo Rd, Dillwyn, VA ******You owe me a refund of $***.**.
GetHuman-craftrd did not yet indicate what NutriSystem should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-craftrd fixed the problem
I called the customer service support team at Nutri System. I had saved dates and confirmation numbers. Once the fact that no refund was issued, customer service said refund would be made in *-* business days. Apparently, even though you follow their instructions, you still have to call to request the refund, it does not come automatically.
