I bought the NutriBullet on 4/6/[redacted], order #4[redacted], with customer #[redacted]. It was a buy one, get one free deal, gifted to my mother-in-law. The unit stopped working in July [redacted], seemingly from overheating. I tried again later but no luck. Upon testing, the motor stutters and varies in power, suggesting it's failing. I haven't been able to use my product properly. I need advice on the next steps to take regarding this faulty product. -Robert Starling III

I bought my NutriBullet on June 5, [redacted] to make smoothies. Recently, it emitted a burning smell and black specks came out from the bottom. This happened again this morning. I purchased it on Amazon and have been satisfied with it until now. It has not been damaged and has been sitting on the cabinet. I am looking to buy another NutriBullet to use at work for blending smoothies there. I would like a replacement for the current one promptly. It's one of the best blenders I have come across. I bought a NutriBullet Balance from Bed, Bath and Beyond a year ago, but I misplaced the receipt. Recently, the base unexpectedly broke, rendering it unusable. I was satisfied with its performance, though disheartened that it malfunctioned after just a year without any mishandling on my part. I take good care of my appliances. I would appreciate any guidance on what steps I can take. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased the Baby Bullet recently and have been enjoying using it. However, I've noticed that the blade has become dull over time, causing the motor to work harder and resulting in a burning odor. This concerns me as I bought it to make food for my daughter just a few months ago. I am disappointed with the reliability of the product. Does the company have a replacement policy in place? I would like to know if they stand behind their products. Thank you. - Gina

I purchased a defective NutriBullet blender on Amazon that was delivered on August 16, [redacted]. The blender's motor is malfunctioning, emitting a burning smell and sparks. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I would appreciate it if the product could be exchanged with a Nutriblender that meets New Zealand specifications. I am looking for guidance on how to arrange the return of the product or if I can return it in New Zealand through one of your authorized sellers. Additionally, the product is covered by a one-year warranty.

I received a Nutribullet as a gift, and it's working well. However, the box mentioned a recipe book that I couldn't find inside. I called customer service to request a copy of the missing recipe book. The agent mentioned opening a case to address the issue. I hope this gets resolved promptly. Best, Mike W.

I purchased the Nutri Bullring [redacted] on December 21st but did not use it until recently. When I tried it for the first time, it did not stop after one minute as it should have. Instead, it continued running, causing the juice to spill everywhere when I tried to stop it manually. I have stopped using it since then. Could you please advise me on how to address this issue? I am quite fond of this machine and would appreciate if it could be exchanged as I am unable to use it in its current state. Thank you.

I have chosen not to send any payment, including the $2 fee, as I am hesitant about the $71 monthly charge for answering questions. Retrieving the $71 monthly fee could be inconvenient and time-consuming. I provided details on how to acquire the Nutribullet RX and its accompanying recipe book advertised on Channel 7 WDAY "Paid Programming" aired at 3:00 a.m. The phone number shared during the advertisement, 1-[redacted], seems to be constantly busy. I have attempted to call this number numerous times from 3:00 a.m. until noon Winnipeg, Manitoba time, with no success.

Inquiry for Plastic Tabs for Nutribullet Nutrient Extractor - 5-Piece Set from NettoShop Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased a 5-piece plastic tab set for the Nutribullet shake mixer from NettoShop for CHF 76.95 last week. While cleaning, one of the plastic tabs came off with a cloth, leaving only 2 tabs. Could you please send me 3 replacement tabs for the 5-piece set? Thank you. The item number at NettoShop is IP3 [redacted]. I have inquired at Migros Electronic, Fust, and NettoShop, but they do not carry replacement tabs that fit into the device's base.
