I purchased NuCore vinyl plank flooring from the North Charleston, SC store yesterday with SKU number [redacted]23. My customer number is [redacted]22. The store had it on clearance, and I bought the remaining eight boxes. However, during installation, I realized I needed one more box. I contacted the home office and spoke with Veronica, spending over an hour on the phone to order an additional box. There is a $90 delivery fee from one store to another, which I find excessive. I am willing to pay full price instead of the clearance price for it. I am happy with the flooring, but find the delivery fee unreasonable. Can I purchase the flooring directly from you or find another store carrying the Grande Hickory waterproof luxury vinyl plank model GMG [redacted] nearby? I hope to find a more economical way to acquire the flooring. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, I recently purchased flooring and began installation in a few rooms. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the finish. I chose this flooring because it was supposed to be smooth and easy to clean. However, it is proving to be difficult to maintain. Every time my dogs come inside, their nail marks are visible, resembling dust that sticks to the floor. It seems like anything that touches the floor leaves a mark. Do I need to apply some type of finish to the floor? I find myself mopping up to 5 times a day! We previously had laminate flooring and wanted something waterproof. I never experienced this issue with laminate. I am concerned as we invested almost 10k in this flooring. I fear it will continue to look this way permanently. Thank you, J. Provenza

When installing the Nucore Cortado Oak Rigid Core Luxury flooring, can I use the Dyna-Stix® WDU+ high moisture urethane wood adhesive? Dyna-Stix WDU+ is a low-VOC, one-component, moisture-cured urethane adhesive suitable for high moisture slabs. It is designed for various types of wood flooring including multi-ply engineered wood, high-density fiberboard core wood, acrylic impregnated wood plank, and finished or unfinished solid wood flooring. It can also be used for parquet and bamboo over properly prepared concrete substrates as per NWFA guidelines. Please ensure the wood flooring manufacturer approves the use of glue-down installations. Dyna-Stix WDU+ should only be used on bare concrete substrates. For more information, please contact Suites Construction, LLC at [redacted].

I recently bought 60 boxes of NuCore Firenze Vinyl (SKU #[redacted]86) at $69.88 each. While installing, we discovered one box had two discolored planks. After installation, upon closer inspection, we noticed bubble marks, bent corners, peeling, and staining on some pieces. When I initially contacted Floor and Decor about the damaged planks, they advised me to bring them to the store or send pictures, which I didn't do at the time. The issue turned out to be more extensive than initially thought. I consulted Frank Driscoll at Floor and Decor, who recommended reaching out to customer care for help. I am unsure of the company's policies on damaged products. I refuse to incur losses on a faulty product after investing heavily in materials and professional installation by Dasilva Flooring LLC. Attached are my receipt and floor pictures for your review. Outcome Case Number: [redacted]2 Good morning Kenia, Floor and Decor has received and reviewed your documentation. The issues you raised are not covered by the product warranty. The warranty guidelines specify that the owner/installer must inspect the flooring quality before installation, as NuCore is not liable for installation labor costs.

I bought Beckville Nucore flooring from Floor & Decor in March [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to purchase some from other stores as the Louisville store didn't have enough in stock and wouldn't be restocking. The thickness changed halfway through laying it, causing it to look uneven. Many planks were chipped and dented, which I used for end pieces thinking I couldn't get more. The store manager offered a refund for the remaining boxes I haven't used, but I've already installed 60% of the flooring. I have photos of the damage and am worried about continuing. I am open to returning everything for a full refund.

I had a NuCore Beckville Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl plank flooring installed in my home recently after removing laminate flooring. However, there are noticeable bubbles on some of the planks that were not there before. The bubbles vary in size and location on different planks throughout the dining room and family room. The general contractor who installed the flooring is unsure of the cause of the bubbles and has offered to replace the affected planks, but cannot guarantee the problem will not reoccur. I am concerned about the bubbles and want to identify the root cause to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
