I bought your nucore vinyl plank flooring yesterday in the North Charleston South Carolina store. The SKU number is *********. My customer number is *********. My name is Katherine Jackson. The store had it on clearance with eight boxes left. I bought all of them. In the process of getting the floor installed my contractor realized we were going to be one box short. So today I called the home office and spoke with Veronica to order one more box. I was on the phone with her for an hour and ** minutes trying to order one box. I was placed on hold for every tidbit of information I would give her. I was patient and the waiting was not the big issue. Finally after the order was complete, she explained that there would be a $** delivery fee from one store to another. I feel the delivery fee is extremely excessive to be transfered from one store to another for me to purchase which I'm happy to pay full price instead of the clearance price as I know that deal was only for the Charleston, South Carolina store. I have no complaints about the flooring itself. I absolutely love it. Can I order the box of flooring directly from you instead of dealing with Floor Decor anymore? Or are there any other stores that carry your product that are near me I could go and purchase Grande Hickory waterproof luxury vinyl plank from? The model number is GMG ******. I look forward to hearing from you with a better and more economical approach to purchase or receive the flooring. Thankyou in advance for your time and effort. I greatly appreciate it.
