I recently reviewed my Walmart Mastercard invoice and found charges totaling $[redacted].51, with two separate transactions on May 9 and May 10. I have not ordered any items from your store as I am single and do not require any additional appliances like a stove or microwave. I have not received any products matching this description but have only received a bill on my credit card. I was away last month until June 22, [redacted]. I kindly request a refund for the total amount charged, as this seems to be a mistake. Please stop any further charges on my credit card and process the refund promptly. Thank you, Darryl H.

I recently received a Nuwave 6-quart air fryer as a Christmas gift, and I have been enjoying using it. However, I encountered an issue with the Teflon peeling off the tray. I returned the fryer to the store and got a refund, but now I'm unsure if I should buy another Nuwave air fryer or try a different brand. I clean the fryer regularly and carefully and have never had any problems with other Nuwave products I own. I'm worried about purchasing another Nuwave air fryer and having the same issue with the Teflon peeling off. Your insights on whether this was a one-time problem or a defect in the Teflon coating would be helpful as I make a decision.

I bought the New Wave Brio [redacted] on Amazon around three years back. While cooking this week, the bottom of the drawer fell off when I tried to remove it with the basket inside, though I did not press the basket release button. I tested the latch, and it seems to be working, but it doesn't stay latched when lifted. I enjoy using my air fryer, so I'm wondering if a replacement drawer could be sent or if there is a way to fix this issue.

I purchased a brew hub on October 12, [redacted], and unfortunately, the lid cracked while I was making coffee on October 11, [redacted]. Since the manufacturer's warranty will expire tomorrow, I am reaching out before then for authorization to return it for repair. After just two weeks of use, the writing on my NuWave Air Fryer Model [redacted], 3 qt, began to erase. I promptly reached out to customer service and provided photos of the erasing, the serial number, and a copy of the receipt. Initially, a replacement unit was sent, which did not match the original with a missing wattage control option. After communicating with Alondra and sending detailed pictures comparing the damaged unit with the replacement unit, I was assured the correct unit would be sent. However, the subsequent replacement unit still did not have the wattage selector as needed. I returned the units on 11/11 and 11/18 with clear documentation, but unfortunately, I have not received the appropriate unit after several weeks and attempts to contact Alondra and the company. I am eagerly awaiting resolution and hoping to finally receive the correct replacement unit promptly.

I recently purchased the NuWave oven along with all the accompanying accessories. Unfortunately, the heating element is damaged, even though I haven't used it yet. I am also missing the 15-piece multi-purpose chef kit, which I paid for in full. I have been attempting to contact customer service through both phone calls and chat, but I have been met with limited assistance, particularly from a person named Gabby. I recently purchased the Nuwave 6qt Nutripot pressure cooker and 14 qt air fryer with additional items. The order number is BRIO-[redacted], and it was shipped on 04/02/20. Upon receiving the order, everything was in good condition. However, my Visa Debit/Charge card from Chase was compromised twice within 24 hours after making the purchase. Unauthorized transactions were made on a pornographic website for $46 and a holistic makeup site for $19.93. Chase reimbursed the fraudulent charges, and we received a new card with a different account number. We suspect the security breach may be related to the Nuwave purchase. Despite contacting Nuwave via email to address the issue and proposing to make the remaining payments using an electronic check, they declined the request. We are concerned about using our card again and need assistance on how to proceed with the payment due to our fixed income. Unfortunately, calling the customer service number provided has not been successful. We are looking for a solution without compromising our financial information further.

I purchased the Nuwave Brio 6qt Air Fryer for my husband as a Christmas gift. During the quarantine, he finally tried it out, starting with French fries that turned out delicious. Unfortunately, we discovered that the drawer was warped and wouldn't stay closed after just one use. This defect rendered the air fryer unusable. I believe this is not intended for your product. I am inquiring about the baking recipe book I purchased a month ago accompanying the NuWave Oven. When I originally ordered the oven, I was not informed that I needed the recipe book to prepare the dishes featured in the infomercial. Despite being repeatedly told the book was dispatched in April, it has not reached me. After several unanswered calls, I was assured a replacement was sent on May 1st, which also has not been received. Without access to the recipes, the oven is unused on my counter. I placed this order at 3:30 am on Sunday, 5.10.20, and have been trying to cancel it since then. Despite numerous attempts to reach NuWave by phone, I have been unsuccessful. I bought a Bravo XL Air Fryer Smart Oven Pro at the end of April. My order number is CB1-[redacted]. I am having trouble finding clear instructions on how to properly use the air fryer basket diffuser that came with my pressure cooker. I believe I may have used it incorrectly, as it fused to the stainless steel pot during pressure cooking. The guidance provided does not seem sufficient or detailed enough for me to avoid these issues. The materials only briefly mention adding water to the stainless steel pot when pressure cooking, which resulted in my diffuser melting. I am looking forward to receiving clarification on the correct usage of the diffuser and information on when it should be used. I will also need a replacement air fryer basket diffuser due to the damage caused. Can you provide detailed instructions on using the diffuser and any additional tips to help prevent this from happening again? Thank you.

I recently received a Nuwave Bravo XL with additional add-ons. I was persuaded into upgrading to the 8 Qt pressure cooker, but it is too large for my needs. I am looking to return the 8 Qt cooker and get the 6 Qt pressure cooker included in the original offer. The customer service experience has been frustrating, as I have been on hold for hours and had my call dropped. Hopefully, I can resolve this soon without having to return everything. This is my third attempt to address this issue. I did not receive the email you mentioned. I bought a 6 qt. NuWave fryer through Amazon Prime, shipped on 3/5/20. After minimal use, following the cleaning instructions and placing it in the top rack of my dishwasher, a significant portion of the bottom flaked off. I find this product to be of poor quality and request a full refund. I will not pay for shipping it back in the original box, which I still have. I placed order number [redacted]3 online after seeing your TV commercial for the NuWave Oven. The ad mentioned 9 additional components and a Nutri-Pot as a free gift valued at $90. However, my order confirmation included a "Brick Oven Style Pizza Kit" which wasn't part of the deal. I tried calling your service department multiple times, but no one picked up. I also sent an email through the order form asking to cancel the order and get a refund of $59.99 if the Nutri-Pot wasn't included. I never received a response. I ended up receiving the NuWave Bravo XL Air Fryer Oven and a small box, likely the pizza kit. I need clarification on whether I'll get the Nutri-Pot before the next payment or if I should return the items for a full refund. Please let me know your decision promptly.

Hello, I received my Bravo Oven today and am excited to start cooking with it. I have gone through all the included materials. However, I've noticed that my oven doesn't seem to turn off when it's plugged in. The only way I can get the lower element to stop glowing orange is by unplugging it. I really like the oven and want to keep it, so I would greatly appreciate some assistance. The model I have is [redacted]. I don't want to have to unplug it after each use. I need a return label for my order placed on July 10th. I was informed that the return labels would be included in the boxes, but they were not. The information provided to me by a representative on menu #3 led me to visit UPS with the code RMA-MR during the COVID-19 pandemic, only to find out it was incorrect. I was promised free rewards, a VIP 1-year warranty, a $50 Walmart gift card, and a $20 rebate, but when I tried to return the items, the rewards program had no record of me. I am very dissatisfied and will stop payment if I don't receive the correct return labels. I've tried calling without success and request a prompt response via email or phone at [redacted].
