I am attempting to return my NuWave Bravo XL Air Fryer under your ** Days satisfaction policy, as noted on my billing statement dated April **, ****. It is extremely frustrating trying to get information via your website when you have no process to formally request a return. Either you have a return policy or not. At least have the common courtesy to let your customer know one way or another.

Return under your ** days satisfaction policy ... My name is Donald Cherry and I purchased a Bravo XL Air Fryer Smart Oven Pro on the end of April. My Order number is CB*-******.*We need to return the oven for a refund under the ** days money back satisfaction - less P&H.*This unit is not working for us. It clearly is not was we viewed on your TV presentation and not what we expected. The time and temperature require constant adjustments compared to what the guide suggest.*I have called your support line twice on May **th, being placed on hold the *st time for ** minutes and the second time for ** minutes before hanging up.*I need are the instructions on hold to return this item, a RMA number, where to ship it to, and the handling cost.*Thank you,*Don Cherry*(***) ***-****
There is no process on your web site providing instructions on how to process a return. i checked every tab and sub-tag on your web site for instructions. You either have or do not have a return policy. I guess my next step is to go to the Better Business Bureau and your State Attorney's Office to file a complaint and to ask them for assistance.
Send me instructions on how to return my NuWave Bravo XL Air Fryer and the cost of handling.
Less than ** days. I expect NuWave to honor your ** days satisfaction policy.
I have been on the telephone ongoing for * separate days with no response, and on your web site continuously for the same number of days without any response from anyone for the exception your technical people not addressing my request to return my NuWave product.
