They just called today and requested a breakdown of medical charges for the day the charges totaled $*,***.**. I only have the breakdown of the charges totaling $*,***.**. I am sorry that I’m not sure which day is which, cause I was very ill and the dates on the papers I have don’t match with the receipts I have.
