I am writing at the request of Latisha of your dept. I was detected to contact you by my cruise consultant Jenny Quero. I was in Cleveland clinic hospitality * days prior to the cruise and was bed ridden, so lost the use of my legs, walking and getting out of a chair where a struggle. The crew where extremely helpful,when my need for a wheelchair aroused. We had booked the excursions prior to departure for ***.**, this usually put on NCL Bill and I use my onboard credit for these kind of charges. I never had vs chance to go to guest services, when I received my bill, all my on board credit was deleted. Could I get the credit on my up coming trip Nov. ****-********-********-********. As you see we enjoy NCL. Thank you for your help.
