On behalf of an ** year old friend I went with her to buy a new computer. After a few days she realized she could not manage it so we returned it. The day I set it up I called and got Norton for it. It was NEVER downloaded so I called and requested a refund. After five calls the rep FINALLY said they would send a refund to my credit card company for the **.**. I have not to date seen the credit. I did file a dispute with discover card regarding this transaction. *I would like a refund to be credited to my account ASAP. *This issue will certainly affect my purchasing of any Norton products for myself and any other computers that I set up for others. **I may post my comments with Better aBusiness Bureau, CNET, and other tech sites if my refund is not received in a very timely manner.**The email address that was used to purchase the product was *****@***.com but I paid for the Norton with my Discover card.
