With reference to Norton Subscription for Mr G A Smith. This subscription has once again been taken from our bank after it was cancelled last year. The reference number is AP********. The original email address was *****@***.com however this has now changed to *****@***.com. A full refund would be appreciated and written confirmation that these instructions have been instigated..
