i had brought norton anti virus for my laptop * and a half years ago it was only for a year subscription *and i don’t use that laptop anymore which means the subscription is already finished so *recently norton had taken sum of ** pounds from my account.*i want to know why ? when i don’t even use it anymore and how didn’t i get contacted before hand. i’m sure my subscription has already finished but why have you taken money from me! i want a refund
