Hello, I would like to report a situation regarding my relative Saldeen Khan, residing at 31 South Terrace, South Bank, Middlesbrough [redacted]. It has come to my attention that he has not paid his water bill for the past 15 to 17 years. He has intentionally hidden his water meter to avoid receiving bills, resulting in illegal water usage. Despite my own recent penalty for a missed payment, no action has been taken against him. I suspect he may have bribed water supply authorities to tamper with his meter.
