trying to get the claimant account hold off my acct ... on august **nd **** I was locked out of my account with a claimant account hold. I sent in all my documents, ID, AND SSN card. Also I completed the ID. ME requirements. on Jan **th the hold was finally lifted But on Feb **th I was again locked out of my account. No one can tell me why. Since then I have escalated the issue and completed ID. ME again I am still to hear from anyone or able to get in my account I have called numerous times DES and ID. ME and no one will help me. I been approved for unemployment and haven't had benefits since aug**nd and have done all that is required. I sent in my id my SS card and a letter showing my address and ID. Me
