I need assistance with an online order I placed recently. Unfortunately, I've encountered numerous problems while trying to resolve an issue with the order. The order number I am referring to is [redacted]46, which was placed on Wednesday, November 30th, at 8:20 PM. Shortly after placing the order, I discovered the same jeans on sale for $99 at Neiman Marcus. When I attempted to request a price match, I faced extended wait times on the phone, and my call was eventually disconnected. Following the unsuccessful phone call, I tried to connect via chat multiple times, but to no avail. Email correspondence with your customer service team also proved unhelpful, with responses lacking in effectiveness. Despite my efforts, I was met with delays and unhelpful interactions. I received an email from Julie P. in Customer Service offering to intercept the order to prevent its delivery, but no confirmation was sent, and the order was still shipped. I have requested a refund or the jeans at the discounted price, but my requests have been ignored. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I contacted your customer service regarding changing the shipping address of my overnight packages from Germantown, TN, to Gretna. I was guaranteed twice that the address was updated. Today, to my dismay, one package was still delivered to Germantown. I am incredibly frustrated. I've conversed with John and another lady from customer service and believed the address change was confirmed. Please verify the address modification for my second order promptly. These items are essential for my Saturday trip, and I paid for expedited shipping. The order number [redacted]12 was received by Kelley in Germantown. The other order is [redacted]12, and I request it to be sent to my Gretna office to avoid additional overnight shipping charges from Germantown. I am thoroughly disappointed and upset with Nordstrom after being assured this error wouldn't happen. This incident might influence my decision to shop at Nordstrom in the future. I recently relocated from Los Angeles to Bakersfield and built a new home. Since June [redacted], I have been trying to update my address and receive a new credit card. However, the company has been unable to send the card to my new address due to not finding public records on file for my phone number and address. I visited the store to have it sent there so I could pick it up. I am concerned about my phone number being public and may need to provide my home title to receive the card. I have been facing issues using the card at high-end stores as well. It seems like the company is making it unnecessarily difficult for me to update my information and get a new card.

I have been a Nordstrom cardholder and loyal customer since [redacted]. I write to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the new Nordstrom Men’s Store in NYC. I live in California and read, with great excitement and interest, about Nordstrom’s bold decision to open a new brick-and-mortar store catering to men despite the current trend of online shopping. I make an annual trip to NYC for the US Open Tennis Tournament, and visiting the new Nordstrom was a top priority. I was shocked to discover that the store only carries clothing for average-sized men. Being 6’6” tall, [redacted] lbs, and wearing a 48L suit, I found nothing that fits me. Despite being a longtime Nordstrom customer, I was disappointed in the limited sizing available in the store. I hope Nordstrom can consider offering a more diverse range of sizes to accommodate all customers in the future. I have been a devoted Nordstrom shopper for many years since my first visit to your flagship store in Seattle in [redacted]. I adore your shoe department and the exceptional service I received. On that visit, I bought two pairs of Ferragamo boots, one knee-high and the other ankle length, both of which I still cherish. Over time, my feet have changed, and despite trying stretching spray without success, I am wondering if there is a solution to make these beloved boots wearable again. I frequent your store in Freehold, NJ, but the experience does not compare. Is Nordstrom donating money to the California fire victims or the hurricane Michael victims in Florida? It's been more than a month since Hurricane Michael hit the Florida panhandle, and there are still people living in tents awaiting assistance to rebuild their lives. The aftermath resembles a war zone, and these individuals, many in poverty, are in dire need. Some lack insurance or funds to meet deductibles, and insurance companies are not providing prompt assistance. The impact includes lost homes, jobs, schools, and businesses, with Mexico Beach particularly devastated. Let's remember these hurricane victims and provide the aid they urgently require.

The lack of email communication options complicates things, especially for those with hearing difficulties. Contacting the provided phone numbers is not ideal. I'm Jeanne Laughran. I recently received my order of 3 Christmas gifts, and even though the quality is great, they were mistakenly delivered to a house 5 blocks away. Luckily, the kind woman living there brought the packages to me. I wanted to share this incident involving the delivery mix-up (tracking number: [redacted][redacted]1) as a heads-up. If a customer reports non-delivery, but the tracking shows the item was delivered, how many packages would you usually replace? I appreciate the efforts to deliver, but this mistake seems avoidable since our addresses are not similar. It's fortunate the items were retrieved, thanks to the stranger's generosity.

My experience with Nordstrom has left me incredibly disappointed. Despite their supposed great customer service, I ordered men's boots on Nov. 26th and they were never delivered to my son at college. Despite providing the full address, they claimed the apartment number was missing. Instead of delivering it to his residence, they sent it to a local pick-up center, which is difficult for my son to reach without a car. I contacted Nordstrom's customer service multiple times, but no one offered a solution. They insisted my son had to pick up the boots, even though I had paid for shipping and the expensive boots themselves. Frustrated, I ultimately had to cancel the order, and no representative tried to make amends. This experience has left me so dissatisfied that I will no longer shop at Nordstrom, as it feels like they don't value losing a customer like me.

I had a frustrating experience at Nordstrom Cherry Hill recently. I was using a birthday gift certificate from my daughter while shopping, and unfortunately, my brand new black fur bag ended up getting wet in the dressing room. When I mentioned this to the staff at the register, they were unhelpful and lacked any cleaning supplies. After some back and forth, one of the girls managed to find a dry tissue for me to clean my bag with. The substance it had come into contact with was brown and quite unpleasant. I suggested they clean up the mess in the dressing room, and they promised to contact maintenance. I was left feeling disappointed and had to clean my bag myself.

On 12/25, I made a purchase online with one item for delivery to my home and the remaining items for store pick-up. Despite receiving an immediate order confirmation and the corresponding charges processed, there has been a significant delay in shipping details. After three days, with no shipping confirmation, I attempted to pick up my items from the store. Unfortunately, the Nordstrom staff could not locate them, offering only a vague explanation due to the high demand during the holiday season. A week later on 12/6, still without any confirmation, I revisited the store in the hope of finding the gift item I had ordered. Regrettably, after a long wait and unhelpful conversations with staff, I was informed that the items were likely out of stock despite being visibly available in-store. Following contradicting information from staff, promises of shipping, and an overall lack of progress, I am left frustrated and out $[redacted] with no items received, tracking information, or updates. While my husband's separate order was swiftly fulfilled, my order remains unresolved. I urge prompt actions to either provide tracking information or process a refund expediently. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order made by my son, David A Kralick, at Nordstrom. He purchased a David Yurman ring for Christmas on December 17, [redacted] (Order #[redacted]82). Despite receiving an email confirmation that the item was shipped the same day, when we tried tracking it on December 24, we were informed that the ring was never actually sent. Nordstrom then offered to overnight the item, which was supposed to arrive by Thursday but took an additional three days. The $20 credit offered for the inconvenience does not make up for the poor handling of the situation. As a Nordstrom cardholder and loyal customer, I expected better service. Sending false shipping notifications and inadequate compensation is simply unacceptable. It appears to be a case of poor training on Nordstrom's part, which is disappointing considering their reputation for quality service.

I had $[redacted] in gift card balance sitting in my wallet for a year. Unfortunately, someone from the store used it to purchase a Coach purse in June [redacted]. When I tried to use it in February [redacted], I was assured over the phone that the issue would be fixed by an employee. However, when I visited the store as instructed, there was no message in the system to help me. The Nordstrom employee I spoke to only kept apologizing without further assistance. I am disappointed by the lack of support from Nordstrom - from an employee stealing my money to being misled over the phone and receiving no help in-store. I am seeking resolution by requesting a replacement gift card for $[redacted] to be mailed to me. The gift card number affected is 8[redacted] 6[redacted]. It's frustrating to be part of a gift card theft incident, and I hope this can be resolved promptly.

I purchased a pair of Jessica Simpson Booties at Nordstrom in January. After wearing them for just an hour, the right heel became loose. Nordstrom didn't have the style in stock, so the store manager said I could pay for the repair if I wanted to keep them. I got them repaired, but I was surprised and disappointed since I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and expect great customer service from Nordstrom. Due to a family illness, I was unable to address this issue earlier. All the Christmas items I ordered online were returned without notice. When I contacted customer service via chat on 12/15 at 3:15, I was met with apologies but no resolution before being abruptly disconnected. After multiple transfers during a 35-minute call, no one was able to assist me, resulting in my entire Christmas order being canceled without a solution. The experience left me disappointed with the insincere apologies provided. In a moment of panic, I reached out to the nearest Nordstrom at Valley Fair San Jose CA and spoke with Darryl from Order Pick-Up Customer Service. Darryl was able to find two crucial items from different stores and arranged for them to be shipped to me, offering a resolution that saved my Christmas. Darryl's exceptional service highlighted the stark difference between in-store and online customer support at Nordstrom, showing a need for better training among online representatives. Comparatively, my experience with Kmart online was more satisfactory, revealing a significant issue within Nordstrom's online customer service team that requires immediate attention.

For years, I've been buying a coffee ice storm from you every day. Unfortunately, the ingredients were recently changed, resulting in a terrible drink. I requested to see the ingredients today to find out why the drink turns into a chocolate puddle, which I do not want. This change in powder is causing me to consider leaving your company. I recently reached out to Nordstrom Department stores regarding the absence of pianos in their stores. I understand that in-store musicians were let go in [redacted]. As a pianist with 26 years of experience, I have performed at various events but never at a Nordstrom store. I believe live piano music creates a unique and family-friendly atmosphere compared to recorded songs with inappropriate lyrics. I request the return of in-store musicians to enhance the shopping experience. I am willing to audition and bring my own keyboard if necessary. I recently learned that Nordstrom removed a Gucci turban from its shelves due to a Twitter comment. I'm disappointed to see the store give in to political correctness. Turbans were popular in the 1940s and could have made a comeback if this decision wasn't made. When external influences, especially internet trolls, influence marketing choices, it leads to uncertainty and can be detrimental. I've been a loyal customer since the early '80s and it saddens me to see this happening. As the saying goes, "All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." This is not about any specific group but about fashion. When one group influences decisions through intimidation, others will follow with their own agendas. Many in our society are quick to criticize without just cause. Thank you for considering my perspective.

I returned an expensive handbag to Nordstrom, but they claim I returned the wrong item and sent me sweatpants in return. They haven't issued a refund for the handbag and are not taking responsibility. I had to involve my credit card company in a dispute to resolve the issue, but Nordstrom should have handled this better. It feels like they are trying to avoid responsibility and not honoring the return policy properly.

Hello, I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer and member for many years. I am quite fond of their policies and stellar customer service. Two weeks ago, I purchased two pairs of shorts from Nordstrom Rack, featuring a new brand they recently started carrying. The tags indicate they were made in India. Unfortunately, on the very first wear during my boat ride, my phone slipped through the pocket, tearing the stitching and causing damage to its borders. Later, while using the phone again, it slipped from a different pocket, resulting in screen damage. Apple quoted $[redacted] for the screen fix, despite the incident not being my fault. After contacting customer service, they redirected us to the store for assistance. Despite speaking with the supervisor and store manager, we were only advised to return the shorts. Feeling disappointed, we are now looking to leave feedback, write a review, and file an online complaint. We hope Nordstrom's customer service will address this matter promptly.
