Help with my Nordstrom.com issue

Please, I want help, no excuses. This is the third time I am writing to you. Hopefully,I will be more helpful. On April **thrd, I ordered, from Nordstrom, at Valley Fair, Nordstrom ***, San Jose, Ca. It is all I have. Not order number, etc, nothing. I bought creams eye and face ones including a Serum. Which I didn’t receive it. I want my Serum, or the money back, if you won’t mail the Serum. Please. No more excuses, help!!!!

GetHuman-spoolstr did not yet indicate what Nordstrom.com should do to make this right.
