Was shopping Black Friday deals and placed * orders. (I got the last item in stock!) now almost a week after I placed the orders they just cancelled both of them and are asking me to send in a receipt for the partial gift card balance I used on one of the orders. This is a gift card and it was given to me as a GIFT and I don’t have the receipt:( they are now refusing to even refund me for the orders.

GetHuman-fredkind did not yet indicate what Nordstrom.com should do to make this right.
