Placed order , used my note credits $*** worth and they didn’t apply correctly and my debit card was charged ***.** . Spoke with rep * weeks ago said credit would be issued and apply to my bank for $*** the amount of the note credits that should have applied *-* days rep said she would follow up . No credit has been issued. Very disappointing experience my first time using my note credits . Make me not want to spend my money here if note credits are to much of a hassle to deal with.
