I placed my order April **. I still do not have my bike. I paid the extra $*** for White Glove delivery. The customer service has been terrible. My phone calls have not been returned, live chats abruptly ended. I have already lost the first month of the Ifit membership included with my purchase. I have already invested $**** and have no bike and lost time with ifit. I would like an extension on my ifit membership or a partial refund for time lost. I would also like a total refund on the shipping as it was not delivered by May * as it should have been. My order number is NT*******.
GetHuman-kadonche did not yet indicate what Nordictrack should do to make this right.
