I received an RA number * months ago and have followed up with Nordictrack * times about arranging pickup for my return. I was told the company would reach out to me in ** business hours on the first try. On the second try I was told they're running delayed by about ** days. It's been * months. The company has still told reached out to me to pick up the equipment and I'm at a loss at this point. If this persists I'll be filing a claim with the BBB.
GetHuman-cleclerc did not yet indicate what Nordictrack should do to make this right.
