I continue to experience multiple problems using the Nook GlowLight*** It can't "remember" my settings. They have to be refreshed at least once per day*** When turning on the Nook to resume reading, I am kicked back to the home screen*** I have to re-boot every *-* days when the Nook won't turn on*** It is very difficult to borrow and return books to the public library. The instructions in the User Guide are unclear. The time I asked customer service for guidance, the person responding didn't know and told me to ask a *rd party.*** If the device is turned off around *pm, it tries to turn itself on. (The tablet lights up like it is trying to turn on)*Searching my library is very difficult. Searching for an author is impossible. Entering the author's name takes me to * or * books, but then won't let me see all the titles I have under the author's name. I have to go to the library and manually scroll down until I find the author. That's about *** authors and **** titles
