Hello I'm elderly having great difficulty trying to get answers. I have a Nokia lumia windows *** phone. Since March I can't send photo's or open ones that come through to me. I have been back & forth and come up blank. All phone shops are closed. Thank you. Kind regards Eileen Ruffy
