The issue in GetHuman2644875's own words
Even though my Nokia C*-** phone was inactive with no sim card or plan, I was using the phone to listen with headphones to my music on the memory card.***. What is BGSA upload logs and how do I delete them from my memory card?**. Where is my music on that same memory card?**. Why are my memory card music listings on the phone without the inserted memory card?**How do I get it all back to normal?**. Music on my memory card.**. BGSA upload listings removed from memory card.**When I used the phone the last time, none of these problems were there. Please explain and help me. **Thank you.
First, everything was fine and then after not using the phone for awhile, the BGSA upload logs has screwed up my music on my memory card. I did not put the BGSA upload logs on my memory card so it looks like Nokia did but lost my music in the process. I want you to put it back to the way it was originally. I do not have a computer either just cell phones and a tablet.
Putting things back to the way they were.
I'm not technically savy so without assistance I haven't the faintest idea what to do.
