Hello, **I purchase a Nokia *.* from Best Buy on September *th, **** **The MEMS microphone on the device has suddenly become faulty. **There is a significant delay in picking up my voice, and when it does, it is very faint, this also occurs in speaker mode too. I have tried restarting phone already and I have the same result.**If I plug in a headset or a Bluetooth headset in it works fine.**The phone has not been exposed to any liquids nor has it been subjected to any abuse. **If possible I would prefer to have a replacement phone shipped to me so I can just transfer everything over, then ship the other phone back. **Thank you, **James
